Salon policies

  • Cancellations

    Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee equal to 50% of the service price.

  • Arrivals

    Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. We may shorten your service if you arrive more than 15 minutes late so we can honour other guests’ appointments.

  • Children & guests

    We welcome accompanied guests in the reception area. For safety and focus, only booked clients receive services in the treatment area unless arranged in advance.
